Vonage ripped me off!

My husband and I signed up for the Vonage package with the phones and software. It did not work at all for us. My husband spent hours and hours on the phone with inept tech support people trying to make this product work. After finally giving up he requested it to be canceled. Vonage still charged our credit card another $150. They refused to refund the charge even after seeing that we made multiple calls to customer service and had completely stopped using the service. Why? Because they can. They are an example of the evil corporation that rips off the little guy. I am writing this review in hopes that other customers are not ripped off. We have switched to a new VOIP provider that works fine and does not lock us into a ridiculous contract.
