It is the 82nd largest provider of fixed wireless broadband in the U.S. by coverage area. Their services, however, are only available in the state of Illinois.

The Usage Plan offers many similar features to DLS' Unlimited Plan, but with this plan you pay just $5 a seat for unlimited inbound calls and 3 cents a minute for outbound calling, local or long distance.
