Aurora Kendrick James, the telecoms expense management specialist, has revealed that UK companies are pouring more than £1 (US$1.95) billion annually down a black hole by simply not controlling the cost of communications. Aurora Kendrick James estimates that more than 75 per cent of UK firms do not have a corporate telecoms policy to measure, manage and control usage.
