Jive is a great company and offers a great product for an amazing price. On top of all that their customer service is top notch and they outperform the competition every time! The most important thing to me is customer service. I can't stand companies that don't make their customers feel valued or who aren't willing to help fix problems. Jive's customer service is always kind and I feel like they genuinely care about their customers success.
