I Purchase 4 line from Ring Central and was over charge when I change Service Plan.

I Purchase 4 line from Ring Central and each time I speak with customer service, each customer service to change you my service plan 4 times. In the end the plan I have is 89.99 for four lines where my toll free number is unlimited calling and three basic lines that 1500 minutes. My credit card was charge $140.84 at the end of the day and customer service refuses to credit back my credit card for the excess charges. The line quality of the phone call is not that great, I will be staying with vonage. I am greatful that I did not transfer/port my vonage telephone numbers to RingCentral. I will be terminating my service Nov 12, 2010 one day before my new billing period starts.
