Sound Quality :
Sound quality is always excellent!
Customer Service :
Teleblend Customer Service got off to a shakey start when they first took over SunRocket, but after several months, CS improved and has since been top notch... very responsive and answers to questions are always prompt
Features :
The features that Teleblend provide are on par with most other VOIP services and work very well!
Price :
For the features that are offered, the price is very good! For the Service I receive (customer service, support, features and call quality) the price is outstanding!
Overall Rating
I originally signed on with SunRocket many years ago. With SunRocket, I was very pleased, but when they folded and Teleblend took over, there were some small issues that were quickly resolved. Since then, I have had no issues with the service and reliability. I love the voicemail tools and the fact that I never miss a call!
